Talk to your boss and see if instead of five 8-hour days, you can work four 10 hour days, or even 3 normal days and work from home the rest.
3. When travelling, instead of driving to the beach in your gas guzzler, consider shipping your car instead. You can not only save money on gas, but help prevent further wear and tear on you car. Perhaps your destination has everything you need within walking distance, so rent one way.
